DR Mandy Dlamini-Sibanda has died. She was the Director of Oral Health Services at the Ministry of Health and Child Care. By Kudakwashe Pembere According to Zimbabwe Medical Association (ZiMA) she passed away on Saturday after a surgical complication. Keeping up on Faceboook, Twitter and even LinkedIn she described herself as a Trailblazing woman, Loves God, Wife, Mom, Public Health Practitioner, Dentist, and Mentor.
