“Treasury through Cabinet gave us 700 posts so I have instructed HSB to give first priority nurses as these when they apply for jobs,” he said.
ZYNA president Tafadzwa Jackson said they deployed 15 nurses at Parirenyatwa and another 15 at Harare Central Hospital.
“We thought of this initiative given the strkkes which perrenially happen. We decided to give a hand when needed especially this festive season where there is high demand for emergency medical services,” he said.
Some of the nurses are soon to be registered nurses while others are still student nurses.
