MINISTRY of Health and Child Care (MoHCC) Director epidemiology, Dr Portia Manangazira who is facing charges of fraud and abuse of office is believed to have hired 28 relatives including her father to conduct COVID-19 awareness campaigns.
Her relatives would benefit from US$796,675.00 and fuel that she is accused of misappropriating. Dr Mangazira who was appearing in court today has also been denied bail.
