PRESIDENT Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed prominent urologogist, Dr Douglas Mombeshora as the Health and Child Minister. During the GNU period, Mombeshora was the Deputy Minister of Health and Child Welfare. Following the collapse of the GNU, Dr Mombeshora was elected as Member of Parliament for Mhangura and appointed Minister of Lands and Rural Settlement in September 2013 by former President, Robert Mugabe. …More Details To Follow

UPDATED: Chitungwiza Central Hospital boss dies

Chitungwiza Central Hospital Chief Medical Officer Dr Michael Chiwanga has died. By Kuda Pembere He assumed the position of substantive chief medical officer in September last year after being in the acting capacity of that role since 2021. The Hospital’s public relations officer Audrey Tasaranarwo confirmed the death but said causes of death are not yet known.
