HEALTH and Child Care Ministry is yet to procure the 100 state of the art ambulances for public health institutions due to unavailability of foreign currency in the country. Only 134 Ambulances Functioning Countrywide

ZIMBABWE only has 134 operational ambulances out of 282 vehicles, a situation which has affected the sector’s capacity to respond to health emergencies.
