MANANA Hospital, the only referral hospital in Gwanda South is appealing for financial assistance to the tune of US$40000 to have its roof which was blown away by heavy winds repaired.

In a letter, the hospital’s secretariat and board said they were seeking donations in cash and in kind towards refurbishment of the Hospital which had its roof blown away away on October, 3 2021.
“Manama Mission Hospital is the only major referral hospital in Gwanda South and is under the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Zimbabwe (ELCZ). According to the recent assessment made by government experts from the ministry of Local Government and Public Works, damages are estimated at US$40000.”
