By Michael Gwarisa COMMUNITY Working Group on Health (CWGH) Executive Director Itai Josh Rusike says the new Public Health Act (PHA) should recognise Health Centre Committees (HCCs) as legal entities as they are a critical tool in enhancing Primary Health Care services.
