THE Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MACAZ), says they have been engagements with other nations in the region to address the growing and unwanted flow of illicit drugs,
Through their micro-blogging site, MCAZ said, “At the regional level, we also note that it is not only a problem in Zimbabwe therefore there has been engagements with SADC Heads of Agencies (regulators), where we call for more stringent regulatory standards for such codeine containing products.”
